The work (we engaged V Vision 7 to do) for our projects in Pune region was fairly complex/challenging and required deep understanding of the Development control regulations of MIDC and A, B, C Municipal Council of PMRDA, Pune. V Vision 7 ensured that the detailed plans submitted were approved as required by us , resulting in successfully obtaining the change of use and building permits for start of construction and subsequently we obtained completion certificates for all buildings. V Vision’s expertise and knowledge helped us convince the City planners/statutory authorities which has helped us tremendously, to reduce approval period and ultimately has resulted in timely completion of our projects.
